Strategic Counsel
Not all of our work is strictly providing legal counsel: Lawyers and non-lawyers work on teams together to advise on strategic matters, which usually then shape the relevant legal issues. Principally, our strategic work revolves around either developing and implementing a “roadmap” of growth for a company—across all dimensions, such as internal, institutional infrastructure—or developing and implementing a strategy to create a network of strategic alliances for technology, marketing and distribution.
